The Beginning

Syed Shah Mir Ali, professionally known as SHAH MIR, is a musician, rapper, and music producer from Pakistan. Born on October 7, 2002, in Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan, his passion for music started at a young age.

Growing up, I was deeply immersed in music, constantly listening and experimenting. Initially, I would enhance existing songs by replacing their lyrics with my own. This early creative exploration sparked my interest in songwriting and music composition.

At the age of 9, I discovered hip-hop and commercial music. The first hip-hop artists I listened to were Mafia Mundeer, but it was Yo Yo Honey Singh who truly inspired me. Initially, my goal was to become a music producer, but my perspective changed after listening to artists like Sunny Khan Durrani, CHEN-K, Xpolymer Dar, Bohemia and others. Their work motivated me to start writing rap songs seriously.

My journey took a major step forward when I released my debut hip-hop track, "Bafikr". This milestone made me the first hip-hop artist from my hometown, Dera Ismail Khan, marking the beginning of my musical career.
